Wayne is so to be doing some time in the penitentiary. So far its only 8 months but he got other charges coming up for drugs and what not from the Arizona feds. Could be gone for longer if found guilty for that too. It seems like all the rappers are going to jail now for guns.

This prolly wont really effect him cause he is suppose to drop like 2 albums by 2010.
